I spent Saturday evening with Lily and her Mom, Heather, laughing it up in the flower field.  This little girl is a giggle-box!  She was such fun to photograph and was quite experienced at flirting with the camera!  Take a look at some of our shots from Saturday and enjoy Lily’s sweet smile!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Last night, the boys and I went to check out a new location.  Luckily, we got there at the perfect time and were able to play in a beautiful pecan grove.  The light was gorgeous, so I took advantage:)   Here’s some shots from our time there.

Can I tell you how much I love these girls? Oh, my!  They are so girlishly yummy that it just makes me crazy!  They’re the girls I never had and let me tell you, they get spoiled at our house!  Even my boys spoil them! My nieces, Livi and Lainey, took a trip to the flower field with me last Sunday, and boy, did we have fun!  These two love each other so much.  It was a beautiful, overcast day and we picked loads of flowers!  They just didn’t have enough arms to hold all of the flowers that they wanted to pick.  I think it’s safe to say that they were a little overwhelmed at first.

Well, I finally did it!  Can I just tell you how excited (and totally nervous) I am to FINALLY be doing this?  I’ve been in love with my camera for years and have been hem-hawing around forever about publishing a blog.  It’s a big decision, you know?  I’ve taken a pretty long break from doing any real camera “work” and I’ve missed it terribly.  As you browse you’ll notice that I don’t have galleries posted yet.  I lost a lot of my work when my older laptop died and I haven’t been able to recover any files.  However, I have several upcoming shoots that will certainly fill that void.  Be sure to keep checking back.  As I find my images and make new ones, I’ll immediately update the galleries.  Read more about me and my take on photography over on the About Tricia page.   There are few things in this life worth documenting as much as the love of family.  Have you captured any memories lately?

Our sweet baby buns are now big enough to co-star in your spring portraits.

Easter is over, but who says you can only take bunny pics at Easter?  Not me!
